TokitaBethune had the distinct privilege of facilitating the biannual global meet-up of the Orange Institute (OI) in October 2013, involving around 50 top French Executives. Tasked with enriching their experience in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California, we orchestrated a series of high-caliber interactions.

Our coordination included C-level meetings and presentations at iconic venues such as Warner Bros. Studios, 20th Century Fox, and the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences (the Oscars), along with the esteemed Stanford Faculty Club. Further elevating the event, we organized exclusive private dinners at some of Hollywood’s most prestigious locations.
